Moon Canyon Retreat is the is the only accomodation to be built in this area of natural beauty.
It was developed with the support of the local government and adheres to environmental controls.
Some examples of its enviromental sensitivity are the use of solar hot water panels, septic systems for sewerage, and the distributed small-footprint style of building.

There are three mountain huts which each can sleep two adults and one child.
They share communal amentities, hence their discounted price.
Each lodge sleeps two to four people in hotel-style comfort and some have their own bathroom with solar hot water, shower and toilet.

If you are not using the retreat's taxi service, please make sure you aren't charged more than the above prices when using public taxis.
Bookings can be made in China or from overseas and are recommended for the peak Chinese holiday periods and mid-summer (tents are also available for camping if the huts are booked out).
Discounts are available for off-peak periods (before May and after September) and when staying during the week (Monday night to Thursday night).
